Ordering from us is safe and easy!
Shipping is Flat Rate Priority Mail Fully Insured! See Below.

There are two easy ways to order: 

 

1.  Send an email to sales@masonsminerals.com.  In the email tell us the mineral name, the item number, and price of each item you wish to purchase.  Please include your name, mailing address, email, and telephone number. 

 

OR

 

2.  Send a fax to Mason’s Minerals at (866) 745-8019 that includes the mineral name, the item number, and the price of each item you wish to purchase. Please include your name, mailing address, email, and telephone number. 

 

THEN.... once we receive your order....

We will confirm that the minerals you have ordered are still available, and send you an invoice by email with complete instructions and options for payment.  Should one or more mineral specimens not be available, we will advise you.  While waiting for your payment, we will marked the items you have ordered as “On Hold” on the web site.  We hold items for 3 days.

 

Once payment has been received we will very carefully pack and ship your items.  We normally ship the next business day.  We prefer to use Paypal to process all orders. See Payment Options for details. We ship all items by Priority Mail, fully insured. Cost is $8 flat rate in North America and $24 Overseas. I wish it was less, but it isn't. Also, be advised, only Priority and Express International Mail can be insured. For details, please see shipping information.

 

Once we have shipped we will again contact you by email providing the shipping information.  Since all domestic US shipping is done by Priority Mail, you should receive your items within 2-3 days of payment. Overseas Priority mail is advertised as 3-10 days (your results may vary.)
