Small Thumbnail of Crystalline Gold on Quartz from Nevada’s Bullion Mining District. This sample shows well from all four sides. Good sheet gold type sample with gold mostly on apex of quartz base. Appears as a small white mountain with a gold crown. The specimen displays Gold’s "crystalline" leaf form well. This delicate gold specimen illustrates the complex leaf like crystallization forms that gold can sometimes assume as it forms in a quartz matrix.
