Description
This small cabinet specimen of bright, refractive hexagonal Vanadinite crystals measures 56 x 40 x 20 mm (about 2 inches in length, so it is a nice size). The Vanadinite is bright dark red and the crystals measure up to 12 mm for the largest though most are about 4-5mm. Vanadinite is a secondary mineral formed by the oxidation of primary lead bearing minerals. it is often found with galena. This specimen is undamaged and displays very well.
